The trek typically takes 7-14 days and can be done year-round, although the best time is from March to May and September to November.
The trek starts from Syabrubesi, a small town located about 7-8 hours from Kathmandu by bus. From there, the trail gradually ascends through rhododendron forests, passing by the Langtang River and several waterfalls along the way.
