Details Itinerary for Kathmandu valley Rim Trekking
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. You can rest and relax for the day, or explore the streets of Kathmandu on your own.
Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour
Today, you will have a full-day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu city, where you will visit some of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Pashupatinath MahadevdevTemple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swyambhunath Stupa (monkey temple), and Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square. You will also have time to prepare for the trek and do some last-minute shopping.
Day 03: Drive to Sundarijal and Trek to Chisapani (2194m.)
After breakfast, we will drive to Sundarijal, which is about an hour's drive from Kathmandu. From here, we will start our trek towards Chisapani. The trail passes through a dense forest of oak and rhododendron, and we will reach Chisapani after a 4–5-hour trek. Overnight stay at a hotel in Chisapani.
Day 04: Trek to Nagarkot (2175m.)
Today, we will trek towards Nagarkot, which is a popular hill station known for its panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges. The trek passes through small villages and settlements, and we will reach Nagarkot after a 6–7-hour trek. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Nagarkot.
Day 05: Hike to Dhulikhel
Today, we will hike to Dhulikhel, which is another popular hill station known for its breathtaking views of the Himalayan ranges. The trek passes through scenic landscapes and offers a chance to observe the local way of life. Overnight stay at a teahouse in Dhulikhel.
Day 06: Drive back to Kathmandu via Namobuddha, Panauti, kailashnath mahadev statue, Changunarayan temple and Bhaktapur
Drive back to Kathmandu via Namo buddha, a Buddhist pilgrimage site, Panauti, a traditional Newari town, Kailashnath Mahadev Statue, the world's tallest Shiva statue, Changunarayan Temple, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Bhaktapur, known for its ancient architecture and culture.
Day 07: Free Morning and Departure
Today is a free day for you to explore the city on your own or do some last-minute shopping. Our representative from Best Trekking in Nepal will transfer you to the TIA airport for your departure flight.
